shapeBase of ocellar triangle greater than distance from posterior ocellus to eye by as much as diameter of ocellus. Distance between posterior ocelli 3 times diameter of ocellus. Longitudinal diameter of eye twice height of cheek and 0.83 width of face. Width of face 1.5 times its height [T23] .The distance between the posterior ocelli is 3 times the ocelli diameter. The longitudinal diameter of the eye is twice the height of the genae, 0.8 times the width of the face, which is 1.5 times its height. ♂: Malar height 0.4 times the longitudinal diameter of the eye [T14]. The length of the temples is not more than the transverse diameter of the eye [T14, key].
sculptureClypeus punctate and shiny [T23]. The face and temples are finely sculptured [T14].

color♀: The legs (including the hind femora) are dark-colored; apices of fore and middle femora, fore tibia entirely and base of middle tibia yellowish brown [T23][T14]. ♂: Hind legs are completely dark brown [T14].
wings
shape♀ 1-R1 2/3 length of pterostigma, 3-SR half the length of r, 0.13 length of SR1, and 1/3 length of 2-SR. The marginal cell is large, 3.5-4 times larger than the 2nd submarginal cell [T14, key ♂]
colorThe wings are slightly darkened [T23][T14], with brown pterostigma and veins, basal and mediocubital veins paler [T23].

Description ♀. Length of body 3.1 mm. Base of ocellar triangle greater than distance from posterior ocellus to eye by as much as diameter of ocellus. Distance between posterior ocelli 3 times diameter of ocellus. Longitudinal diameter of eye twice height of cheek and 0.83 width of face. Width of face 1.5 times its height. Segments in apical part of antenna depressed. length of thorax 1.5 times height. Lateral teeth of propodeum broadly rounded. Anterior margin of radial cell 2/3 length of pterostigma, 2nd segment of radial vein half the length of 1st segment, 0.13 length of 3rd segment, and 1/3 length of 1st radiomedial vein. Radial vein runs almost vertically to longitudinal axis of pterostigma. Length of hindfemur 3.5 times width; 5th hindtarsal segment as long as 2nd segment and longer than 3rd segment. Abdomen narrowed to apex slightly more than to base length 1.85 times width. Ovipositor slender, curved, extending as far as length of 1st-4th hindtarsal segments.
Clypeus punctate and shiny.
Legs dark, mostly dark-brown; foretibia, apices of forefemora and midfemora, as well as bases of midtibia yellowish-brown. Wings slightly darkened, with brown pterostigma and veins, basal and mediocubital veins paler.
♂. Length of body 3 mm. Antennae 21-segmented. Apical abdominal opening reniform, occupying about 1/3 width of abdomen and approximately 1/3 its height, height of opening approximately twice its width.
