Base of ocellar triangle greater than distance from it to eye plus one diameter of ocellus. Distance between posterior ocelli 3 times diameter of ocellus. Longitudinal diameter of eye twice transverse diameter and 3 times height of malar space. Height of face 2/3 width and 2/3 longitudinal diameter of eye. Distance between tentorial pits 1.5-1.7 times distance from pit to eye [T5]. Head roundly narrowed behind eyes, 1.4 times as wide as mesonotum, 1.5 times as wide as long, 1.2 times as wide. Temples 1.2 times as long as transverse eye diameter. Base of ocellar triangle larger than OOL plus one ocellus diameter. POL is 3 times the diameter of the ocellus. The longitudinal diameter of the eye is twice the transverse one. Face width 1.5 times its height. The longitudinal diameter of the eye is three times the malar space [T14]. Head behind the eyes with dilated temples [T14, key].
