colorBody black, uniformly not roughly sculpted [T25][T14].
head
shapeHead roundly narrowed behind eyes, 1.2 times as wide as mesonotum, 1.9 times as wide as long at the temples and 2.8 times as long in the middle, 1.3 times as wide as high. Base of ocellar triangle 1.5 times OOL. POL is 3 times the diameter of the ocellus. Longitudinal diameter of eye 1.5 times transverse, 2.5 - 2.7 times height of malar space. The width of the face is twice its height and 1.2 times the longitudinal diameter of the eye. The maxillary palps are as long as the width of the face. Proboscis weakly protruding [T25][T14].
sculptureThe face and vertex are finely transversely wrinkled [T14][T25]. Temples with thin and numerous vertical rugae [T25].

antenna
shape ♀Antennae equal to body length, 27-segmented; 3rd segment 2.5 times as long as wide, 7-9th segments twice as long, 21-23rd segments 1.5 times their width, pre-apical slightly less than twice, apical ones twice their width [T25].error, must be male, see comments
shape ♂Antennae equal to body length, 27-segmented; 3rd segment 2.5 times as long as wide, 21st to 23rd segments 1.5 times, preapical segments twice as long as wide [T14].
color
mesosoma
shapeMesosoma length 1.6 times its height. Propodeum with weak transverse carina and shallow lateral teeth [T25][T14].
sculptureMesonotum non-coarsely reticulate and rugose in front of scutellum. Scutellum longitudinally rugose, with a smoothed sculpture in the middle [T14] [T25]. Mesopleurae densely fine-grained sculptured, with broadly transversely rugose sternauli [T25].

legs
shapeHind femur 3 times as long as wide. Inner spur of hind tibia 0.4 times as long as hind metatarsus. The hind tarsus is shorter than the hind tibia; its 5th segment is equal to the 3rd one [T14]. Length of hind femur 3 times its width, hind tibia 5 times its width. Hind tibia considerably narrower than hind femur (7.5: 10), its inner spur 0.4 times as long as 1st segment of hind tarsus. Hind tarsus slightly shorter than hind tibia; 5th segment of hind tarsus equal to 3rd, less than 2nd [T25].
sculpture
colorFemora and tibiae brownish yellow, apices of middle and hind tibia brown [T25][T14]. Fore femora brown at apex, the tarsi are dark brown [T25].
wings
shapeMarginal cell 2.5 times as long as 2nd submarginal cell, 1-R1 as long as pterostigma. r slightly longer than 3-SR and 4 times shorter than SR1, twice as long as 2-SR [T25][T14].
colorThe wings are slightly darkened [T25][T14]. The pterostigma and costal vein are brown, the veins are light brown [T25].
metasoma
shapeMetasoma oval, twice as long as wide. Metasomal length almost 5 times its height. Metasoma bent apically 0.17 times its length [T25][T14].
sculptureMetasoma with non-coarse, tortuous and anastomosing longitudinal rugae reaching its middle [T14].

♀ ovipositor
♂ apertureApical aperture occupies slightly more than 0.3 posterior width of metasoma. Aperture is oval, located in the middle of the posterior surface of the metasoma; its width is almost twice its height [T14]. The aperture is oval, located in the middle of the posterior part of the abdomen; its width is slightly more than 0.3 times the width of the abdomen (4: 11), its height is almost twice its width (5:3) [T25].
other info
distributionSE [FE]
remarksIt differs from C. latrunculus with light-colored legs in transversely wrinkled sternauli, a long radial cell, and a radial vein that runs obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the pterostigma (in M. latrunculus, the pterostigma is much longer than the metacarp, and the radial vein goes perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of R1) [T25]. Type description for female, but figures and key [T14] for male? Must be an error as description and figures clearly describe a male [Arp].
