shapeHead in dorsal view (Fig. 1) transverse, 1.95x as broad as long, eye somewhat longer than temple, latter rounded. Ocelli small and elliptic, distance between fore and hind ocelli 1.4x as long as diameter of hind ocellus, POL : OD : OOL as 12: 6 : 15. Eye in lateral view 2.35x as high as wide, temple somewhat wider than eye (Fig. 2). Malar space as long as basal width of mandible. Face 2x as wide as high, inner margin of eyes parallel. Temple at most somewhat shorter than eye [P2][Ch]. Temple in dorsal view relatively less rounded, eye a bit longer than temple (Fig. 8); in lateral view evenly wide, beyond eye a bit wider than eye (Fig. 9, see arrows) [P12]. The head is transverse, slightly roundly narrowed posteriorly. The face is twice as wide as high; malar space equal to half the longitudinal diameter of the eye; temples equal to the width of the eye. The ocelli are small; the distance between them and the eyes is 4 times the diameter of an ocellus [Te1].
sculptureFace rather concentric and densely rugulose; clypeus finely punctate, interspaces shiny. Head dorsally (vertex, occiput)and temple finely and densely striate (Fig. 1) [P2]. The head is roughly wrinkled, clypeus gently punctate, shining. Temples and vertex rugose-striated [Te1].
colorPalpi dark brown [P2].
antenna
shape ♀Antenna with at least 20 segments, black setaceus, not dilated before tip, nor segments suddenly narrowed [Th2]. Third segment just less than 3x and 15th [17th?] segment 2x as long as apically broad [P2]. Antenna with 22-25 segments, penultimate three segments long, 1.3 times as long as broad [P12]. Antennae equal to the length of the head and mesosoma, filiform, not thickened behind the middle, 20 segments [Te1].
shape ♂Antennae shorter than body, 24-26-segmented [Te1].
colorAntenna blackish brown (fading?).
mesosoma
shapeMesosoma in lateral view 1.36x as long as high. Anterior part of mesonotum of usual height above pronotum (Fig. 3); Propodeum with median pair of tubercules small, lateral pair of tubercules strong [P2]. The sides of the mesonotum are not elevated behind the anterior coxae. Propodeum with teeth on the sides, with a closed cell [?] in the middle [Te1].
sculptureMesosoma rugose; mesonotum densely rugo-rugulose and subshiny, notauli distinct by rougher sculpture. Scutellum medially almost smooth, laterally with rugae-rugulae, shiny. Propodeum roughly rugose [P2]. Mesonotum rather coarsely rugose. The notauli are unclear. The middle lobe of the mesonotum smoother anteriorly, with a longitudinal coarsely wrinkled groove in the middle. The scutellum is smooth in the middle. The side of the mesosoma is coarsely wrinkled [Te1].
color
legs
shapeHind femur 3.2x as long as medially broad. Inner spur of hind tibia 0.5x as long as hind basitarsus. Hind basitarsus as long as tarsomeres 2-4 [P2]
sculptureHind coxae rugose [Te1].
colorFore trochanters [?] pale; tibiae pale, hind tibia with black base and apex [Th2]. Legs black; femur 1-2 apically and tibiae 1-3 yellowish, hind tibia basally and apically as well as all tarsi blackish fumous, all basitarsi basally yellowish [P2]. Legs are black; fore tibiae entirely and middle tibia reddish in base; hind tibia red on the inner side, on the outside black at the base and apex, yellowish in the middle [Te1].
wings
shapeHind wing radius not sinuated [Th2]. Fore wing shorter than body. Pterostigma (Fig. 7) 2.35x as long as wide, issuing radial vein somewhat distally of its middle; r and 3-SR equal in length, SR1 faintly (or indistinctly) sigmoid. R1 almost as long as pterostigma, 1-R1 0.25x shorter than pterostigma [P2]. 1-CU1 = 0.33 times 2-CU1 [Te1].
shapeVentral cavity does not reach apex of metasoma [Th2]. Carapace in dorsal view (Fig. 4) 1.66x as long as medially broad; in lateral view (Fig. 5) 2.6x as long as posterior height; apically, in ventral view, somewhat incurved (Fig. 6), i. e., ventral opening of carapace somewhat shorter than carapace itself [P2]. Carapace in lateral view 2.6 times as long as high posteriorly (Fig. 10) [P12]. Metasoma equal to length of head and mesosoma, oval, rounded at apex [Te1].
sculpturePair of converging keels short. Anterior 0.5 of carapace rugose (Fig. 4), posteriorly rugose to densely rugulose [P2]. Metasoma in dorsal view anteriorly rugose, posteriorly rugose to densely rugulose (Fig. 11) [P12]. Longitudinal rugae clearly visible at the base of the metasoma [Te1].
colorCarapace basally without a pair of yellow maculae [P2].
♀ ovipositorOvipositor sheath short and concealed [P2]. Ovipositor almost straight [Te1].
♂ apertureno aperture [Th2].
