metasoma
shape♀: Metasoma slightly longer than wide, broadened toward apex. [key 45: 2 - 2.5 times as long as wide in middle]. Apex of metasoma without emargination on lower side and without denticulate projection. ♂: Metasoma 2 - 2.5 times as long as wide [T4]. ♀: Length of metasoma less than twice exceeding its width. Metasoma 1.8 times as long as wide [NOT 2.0 - 2.2 times as long as wide !]. Metasoma oval or more strongly narrowing towards base than towards apex, more or less reflexed apically, without apical emargination. [T7]. ♀: Metasoma widened toward posterior third, bent apically anteriorly by 0.1 times its length, 1.8–1.9 times as long as wide. ♂ metasoma is almost twice as long as wide [T14].
sculpture♀: [key 22:] Metasoma with fine rugae ['markedly finer than coarse rugae'], more or less undulate, usually not reaching apex of metasoma. [key 117:] Metasoma with rather coarse longitudinal rugae reaching nearly its apex [T7]. The metasoma is sparsely longitudinally wrinkled, irregularly wrinkled in the posterior part [T14].
color♀: With faint yellow spot at base of metasoma, sometimes not developed [T4]. ♀: metasoma with one yellow (obsolete) basal spot in the middle, ♂: metasoma black [T7]. The metasoma is usually with a weak yellow basal spot [T14].
♀ ovipositorThe ovipositor is very short, usually hidden [T14].
♂ apertureBlack, small, oval, 2 - 3 times as wide as high, its height 2/5 of height of metasoma in apical part [T4]. Aperture occupies 0.4 of carapace width [T7]. Apical aperture occupies 0.3 times metasomal width [T14].
♀: 1. Body black, at most metasoma with light colored pattern. 2. Antennae 16-segmented. Abdominal apex without aperture—females. 4. Head usually not broadened behind eyes; if, occasionally, somewhat broadened, then antennae less thin, with shorter apical segments and metasoma rounded toward apex (as much as or almost as much as toward its base) with posterior margin somewhat curved forward. 8. Head of usual shape, not projecting laterally and angularly beyond genae; temples usually not, or only slightly, rarely 2 times as long as eye.
