Грудь почти в 1.5 раза длиннее своей высоты; нотаули ясные; промежуточный сегмент обрывистый, с двумя продольлыми валиками и двумя небольшими зубцами по бокам. Передний край радиальной ячейки переднего крыла равен длине стигмы; 2-й отрезок радиальной жилки равен 1-му, втрое короче 3-го, вдвое короче 1-й раднешодігальной жилки; нервулюс отходит иа расстоянии трети длины задней стороны дискоидалной ячейки (рис. 5). Задние бедра в 4 раза длиннее своей ширины; большая шпора задних голеней равна трети 1- го членика лапки; 5-й членик задних лапок равен 3-му, меньше 2-го. Брюшко едва короче головы и груди, сзади слабоподогнутое» овальное; его длина наполовину больше ширины и средней части, втроо больпіо высоты и вершинной трети; длина нижнего отверстия панциря равна 7/8 длины брюшка. Яйцеклад слабо выступает из-под панциря брюшка, Тело в коротких редких полосках, густо морщиннстопунктнрованное, матовое; наличник и щитик густо, но нежно пунктированные, блестящие; затылок слабо поперечноморщинистый; брюшко без явственных продольных складок; задние тазики густо, но нежно морщинистопунктированные, слабоблестящне. Черный; вершины бедер и голени передних и задних ног красновато-коричневые; крылья затемненные, стигма и жилки коричневые, жилки в основании крыла желтоватые.
Самец неизвестен.
