Близок к M. subtilistriatus Рарр; отличается признаками, приведенными в определительной таблице.
Самец. Длина тела 3.4 мм. Голова в 1.1 раза шире среднеспинки. Расстояние между задними глазками в 4 раза больше диаметра глазка. Продольный диаметр глаза в 2.5 раза больше высоты щеки. Расстояние между тенториальными ямками в 1.5 раза больше расстояния от ямки до глаза. Усики 20-членикoвыe.Проподеум с четким поперечным валиком и небольшими тупоугольно выступающими боковыми зубцами. Передний край радиальной ячейки в 1.2 раза короче птеростигмы. Радиальная ячейка почти в 2 раза больше 2-й радиомедиальной. 2-й отрезок радиальной жилки немного длиннее 1-го, в 4.5 раза короче 3-го, в 3 раза короче 1-й радиомедиальной жилки. Взятые вместе 1-й и 2-й отрезки радиальной жилки в 2.5 раза короче 3-го. Длина заднего бедра в 3.3 раза больше его ширины. Длина брюшка в 2 раза больше его ширины, в 3.5 раза больше высоты. Вершинное абдоминальное отверстие маленькое, овальное, расположено ниже середины брюшка; его ширина в 2 раза больше высоты.
Лицо в многочисленных негрубых концентрических складках, матовое. Наличник в более слабых поперечных складках, блестящий. Темя за глазками и виски в многочисленных складках, параллельных затылочному валику. Среднеспинка в задней половине в неравномерной ячеистой скульптуре, ее средняя часть в передней половине с поперечными складками. Щитик неравномерно морщинистый. Брюшко в сравнительно негрубых извилистых анастомозирующих продольных складках, достигающих его задней трети.
Окраска сплошь, включая ноги, черная, лишь передние голени коричневые. Крылья умеренио затемненные, птеростигма и жилки коричневые
Остальные признаки, как у описанного выше М. ubsunuricus sp. n.
Голотип: ♂, окрестности Улан-Батора, Овор-Гунт, опушка смешанного леса, 20 VII 1989 (Бойдаргиин Боярсайхан).
