POL is 4 times the diameter of the eye. The longitudinal diameter of the eye is 1.8 times the height of the malar space. Face width almost 2.5 times its height. The proboscis is hidden. Близок к ы.акшоіепѳіѳ ТоЫаѳ, от которого отличается теми же признаками, что и описанный выше M.kerzhneri ѳр.п. От последнего, наиболее близкого вида отличается признаками, приведенными в определительной таблице.
Самка. Длина тела 2.9 мм. Длина груди в Ï.5 раза больше ее высоты. Радиальная ячейка вдвое больше 2-й радиомедиальной. 2-й отрезок радиальной жилки в 4 раза короче 3-го, в 3 раза короче І-й радиомедиальной жилки. Яйцеклад слабо выступает из-под панциря брюшка.
Средние голени снаружи желтовато-коричневые, изнутри желтые; задние голени снаружи коричневые, изнутри в базальной половине желтые
Остальные признаки как У M.kerzhneri sр.п.
Голотип: ♀, Кобдоский аймак, хр.Алтан-Хухэй, 60 км С Мянгата, 4 УШ 1970 (Нарчук).
100: 2-я радиомедиальная ячейка вдвое меньше радиальной. 3-й отрезок радиальной жилки почти вдвое длиннее І-й адиомедиальной жилки. Длина груди в 1.5 раза больше ее высоты.
