Length of 1st flagellar segment 3 times width, length of 6th segment twice width, length of 7th segment 1.5 times width, and length of following segments considerably greater than width; several preapical segments considerably slenderer, length 1.5 times width. Length of mesosoma 1.7-2 times height. Propodeum with weak transverse ridge. Radial cell 1.5 times 2nd radiomedial cell, anterior margin 0.59-0.77 length of pterostigma; 2nd segment of radial vein as long as 1st segment or twice as long as 1st segment, 0.25-0.40 length of 3rd segment, 0.33-0.67 length of 1st radiomedial vein; 3rd segment of radial vein straight or with S-shaped curve. metasoma oblong-oval, sometimes with weak apical tooth, posteriorly bent under as much as 0.1-0.16 length. Length of metasoma 2.1-2.2 width and 3.3 times height in apical 1/3. Ovipositor slightly extended.

Pterostigma and veins brown, mediocubital and basal veins or also costal veins yellowish.
