shapeTemples 1.5 times as long as eye. Malar space 0.4 times the longitudinal diameter of eye. Face half as high as wide [T4]. The head is roundly narrowed behind the eyes, its width is twice its length. Temples equal in length to the transverse diameter of the eye. Base of ocellar triangle equal to OOL. POL is 3 times the diameter of the eye. The longitudinal diameter of the eye is twice the transverse one, 2.5 times the height of the malar space. The width of the face is twice its height [T14]. Roundly narrowed behind eyes, about temples narrower than about eyes, almost twice as broad as long, in frontal view 1.2 times as broad as high, almost as wide as mesosoma. Temples slightly longer than the transverse diameter of the eye. In frontal view eye 2.3 times as high as long, 1.5 times as long as malar space. Face about twice as broad as high and 1.8 as broad as longitudinal diameter of eye, twice higher than clypeus. Maxillary palpi as long as height of face [TL].

sculptureHead behind eyes mildly striate transversely [T4]. Face with grainy sculpture, with slight rugae. Vertex behind ocelli and temples finely transversely striated [T14]. Head finely pointed. Face finely longitudinally striate about eyes, weakly shining. Vertex partially but finely transversely striate. Temple finely longitudinally striate. Clypeus finely punctate, weakly shining.

colorPalpi black [T14]. Palpi dark-brown [TL].

shape ♀Antennae equal to the total length of the head and mesosoma; length of 3rd antennal segment 2.5 times its width; segments at apical part of antennae equal to their width [T14]. Antennae with: 16 segments, as long as head and mesosoma combined; scape widened, twice as wide as flagellum, 2.5 times as long as wide; 3rd antennal segment 3 times as long as wide, apical segments a little longer as wide [TL].

Antennae shorter than body; 18 - 23 segments, scape widened, 1.5 times as wide as flagellum, 3 times as long as wide; 3rd segment 3 times as long as wide, apical segments 1.5-2 times as long as wide [TL]. Antennae 22-24-segmented, two apical segments 1.3 times as long as wide [T14].

shape♀♂ Mesosoma length 1.3 times its height. Propodeum with transverse carina and small lateral teeth [T14]. ♂ 1.5 times as long as high. Propodeum with two less distinct medial longitudinal carinas and a pair of lateral tubercles [TL]. ♂ Medial longitudinal carinas of propodeum are less well developed, and look like two small teeth at transverse carina. ♀ Propodeum with two clear medial longitudinal carinas ending at transverse carina with two small teeth [TL].

sculptureMesonotum quite densely punctate, with coarse wrinkles only before scutellum, sides of mesosoma with fine alveolar sculpture [T4]. ♀ Mesoscutum non-coarsely irregularly rugose in front of scutellum. ♂: Mesoscutum in front of scutellum with coarse longitudinal rugae combined with weaker transverse rugae [T14]. Mesonotum rugose-rugulose punctate. Scutum anteriorly very finely punctate and longitudinally striate, area before scutellum with some longitudinal rugosities. Sides of mesonotum roughly rugose-punctate with unclear transversal sculpture. ♂ Scutellum finely punctate, shining, ♀ scutellum distinctly undulate sculptured, weakly shining. Propodeum rugose-rugulose, with distinct longitudinal elements [TL].

shape♀ Hind femur 3 times as long as wide. Hind tarsus slightly shorter than hind tibia. ♂ Hind femur 4 times as long as wide. [T14]. Hind femur 3.5 (♂) to 3 (♀) times as long as broad. Outer spur of hind tibiae longer than inner, 5th metatarsal segment as long as 3rd, 1.2 times shorter than 2nd [TL].

color♀ Fore and middle tibiae brownish yellow. ♂: Fore and middle tibiae yellowish brown, hind tibia with brownish yellow band. [T14]. Coxae dark, almost black; fore femora brown, tibiae yellowish, tarsi yellowish with brown apex; hind femora dark-brown; tibiae brownish at apex and basal part with a yellow belt in middle part; tarsi brown-yellowish with darker apex [TL].

shapeThe marginal cell of the fore wing is twice (♀) or 1.5 times (♂) as large as the 2nd submarginall cell; 1-R1 is equal to or slightly shorter than the length of the pterostigma [in figures: 0.6-0.78]. 3-SR is slightly longer than r, SR1 is significantly concave inside the marginal cell. [T14]. ♂: 1-R1 as long as length of pterostigma. Cell Sm2 comparatively big, 1.5 times (♂) or 2 times (♀) smaller than marginal cell. 3-SR almost as long as r, 4 times shorter than SRI. 1-CU1 shorter than (♂) or equals (♀) cu-a [TL].

colorWings distinctly darkened, with pale transverse strip in middle [T4]. The wings are strongly (♀) or more or less strongly (♂) darkened [T14]. Wings moderately infuscate with a light belt on the course of the medial vein. Pterostigma dark-brown, veins brown [TL].

metasoma

shape♂ Metasoma 2 times as long as wide [T4]. ♀ Metasoma oval, apically bent forward by 0.1 times its length, 1.7 times as long as wide, ♂ metasoma ovate, slightly angular at apex, 1.9 times as long as wide [T14]. ♂ Metasoma oval-elongate, twice as long as maximal broad. In lateral view enlarged posteriorly, about 3 times as high posteriorly as anteriorly. ♀ Carapace oval-elongate and incurved on 0.25 height of apex, about twice as long as maximal width of its middle part. In lateral view enlarged posteriorly, 2.5 times as high posteriorly as anteriorly. [TL].

sculptureMetasoma in basal half with intensely wavy, weak longitudinal rugae [T4]. Metasoma in the basal half with non-coarse, tortuous and (strongly ♂) anastomosing longitudinal rugae [T14]. ♂ Carapace with longitudinal winding undulations on first 2/3, apex without longitudinal elements of sculpture. ♀ Carapace strongly longitudinally rugulose with almost rectilinear undulations at its 2/3, vanishing towards apex [TL].
