Niezabitowski’s name is valid (i.e. is not homonym or synonym), however, the type specimen should be re-examined to clarify the true taxomomic state [P9].

Caput 0.49 mm longum, 0.89 mm latum, transverse striatum, clypeo punctato, facie subcarinata, ad antennarum basin tuberculo parvo instructa; antennae 25-articulatae, nigrae, articulis a 10-o ad apicem subtus foveis ornatis ut in Chelono pulchricorni Szépligetii; palpi nigri. mesosoma 1.14 mm longue, 0.95 mm latus, niger, reticulatus, mesonoti lobo medio basi carinato; scutellum striatum; metamesosoma 4-ri-dentatus, in medio ante partem abscissam areola rectangulari, angulis posterioribus dentiformibus, ornatus; squamulae nigrae. Pedes nigri, annulo trochanteris anterioris 2-o, femoribus intermediis ac posticis apice, tibiis anterioribus et intermediis totis, posticis in dimidio basali testaceis, his summa basi anguste infumatis. Alae subfumatae stigmate umbrino. metasoma 1.4 mm longum 0.76 mm latum, subovatum. a basi usque ultra medium striato-ruguosum, apice coriaceum; terebra recta.
