Niezabitowski’s name is valid (i.e.is not homonym or synonym), however, the type specimen should be re-examined to clarify the true taxomomic state [P9].

Caput transversum. nigrum; facies transverse striato-rugulosa, subcarinata, carina in media longitudine sua evanescenti, ad basim antennarum in cristam parvam producta; vertex et genae subtiliter strigosae; antennae 21-articulatae, nigrae; palpi nigri. mesosoma coriaecus, scutello medio fere levi, nitido, sparsissime punetato; metamesosoma bicarinatus. 4-ridentatus, dentibus mediis minoribus. Alae subfumatae. nervo 2-o cubitali transverso, decolorato; squamulae nigrae. Pedes nigri, femoribus anticis, intermediis dimidio apicali, tibiis anticis et intermediis. testaceis, tibiis posticis nigris, medio albo annulatis. metasoma elongato ellipticum, dense striato-coriaceum, carinis duabus arcuatis basalibus divergentibus.
Mas, ad hane speciem probabiliter pertinens, differt antennis 25-articulatis, scutello etiam medio punctato, abdomine in apice fovea ampla triplo latiore quam longiore exciso.
Long. corp. 5.53; caput 0.494 long., 1.425 latum; mesosoma 2.185 long., 1.425 lat.; abd. 2.85 long., 1.33 latum. Ala sup. 0.399 mm longa.
