shapeHead 1.25 times wider than mesonotum, twice as wide as long, 1.3 times longer than high. Longitudinal eye diameter 1.7 times longer than transverse one, twice as long as gena height, somewhat shorter than face width. Face 2 times wider than high, 1.5 times as high as clypeus [T11]. Head 1.25 times as wide as mesonotum, roundedly narrowed behind eyes, twice as wide as long, 1.3 times as high. The temples are equal in length to the transverse diameter of the eye. The width of the ocellar triangle is OOL. POL is 3 times the diameter of the ocellus. Longitudinal diameter of eye 1.7 times transverse, twice height of malar space. The width of the face is twice its height [T14]. Frons slightly sunken, face flat, clypeus not convex, with truncated end [Zh1].
sculptureThe face and vertex with fine transverse rugae [T14]. Frons with parallel linear lines, face with dense and irregular reticulate rugae. Clypeus smooth and shiny [Zh1].

antenna
shape ♀Apical antennal segments somewhat longer than wide [T11]. Length of 8th and 9th antennal segments twice their width. Antennae slightly longer than head and chest combined; the length of the 3rd segment is 2.5 times its width, the apical segment is slightly longer than wide [T14].

mesosoma
shapePropodeum without transverse carina. Mesosoma length 1.5 times its height. Propodeum with weak and obtuse lateral teeth [T14]. Propodeum without transverse carina, with blunt and short denticles on both sides [Zh1].
sculptureMesonotum before scutellum with longitudinal rugae, scutellum nearly smooth [T11][T14]. Mesonotum with fine and short pubescence and densely reticulate-rugose. Before scutellum with rough longitudinal rugae. Scutellum smooth [Zh1].
color
legs
shapeHind femur 4 times as long as wide [T14]. Inner spur of hind tibia significantly shorter than hind basitarsus [T11].
sculpture
colorHind tibiae brown, yellowish from inner side in basal half; hind basitarsus brownish-yellow [T11]. Legs are dark-colored, hind tibiae with a weak brownish-yellow band [T14]. The legs are mostly black, the fore and mid tibiae, and the middle of the hind tibia are yellowish brown; The hind metatarsus is yellow [Zh1].
wings
shape1-R1 is half as long as the pterostigma. The marginal cell of the fore wing is twice as large as the 2nd submarginal cell [T14]. Cu-a equal to 1-CU1 [T11].
colorThe wings are transparent [Zh1].
metasoma
shapeMetasoma oval, slightly angular near apical third, apically slightly bent forward, 1.6 times as long as wide [T14]. Metasoma convex oval, the end is pointed, slightly curved inward [Zh1].
sculptureMetasoma with numerous and sinuous longitudinal rugae reaching its posterior third [T11][T14].
color
♀ ovipositorOvipositor sheaths equal to the length of the hind metatarsus [T14].

Description. Female. Head 1.25 times wider than mesonotum, twice as wide as long, 1.3 times longer than high. Longitudinal eye diameter 1.7 times longer than transverse one, twice as long as gena height, somewhat shorter than face width. Face 2 times wider than high, 1.5 times as high as clypeus. Apical antennal segments somewhat longer than wide. Propodeum without transverse cylinder. Anterior margin of radial cell twice as short as pterostigma. Nervulus shifted from basal vein by nervulus length. Inner spur of hind tibia significantly shorter than hind basitarsus.
Mesonotum with longitudinal rugae before scutellum. Scutellum smooth. metasoma with abundant sinuous longitudinal rugae extending to its posterior third.
Hind tibiae brown, yellowish from inner side in basal half; hind basitarsus brownish-yellow.
The rest of the characters the same as in M. karakalensis sp. n.
Body length 3 mm.
Male unknown.
Differential diagnosis. The new species is closely related to Mongolian M. nartshukae Tobias, 1989; differing from the latter in shorter mesosoma, weakly reflexed apically angular abdominal carapace, and significantly shorter flagellomeres. M. acutulus differs from M. brevimetacarpus Tobias. 1995a in shorter inner spurs of hind tibiae, head spherically narrowed behind eyes, and shorter metasoma.
